Founded by Oliver Kirsch, a construction industry veteran with a background in building materials management and engineering, Primus Flooring is built on a foundation of expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional results. With a diverse range of skills and experience, our team is equipped to tackle any flooring and surface installation project, from residential to small commercial applications.

Our Expertise

Free Estimates
We offer free estimates, traveling to your jobsite or home to conduct a detailed take-off and consultation. We also provide materials for sale, and our team is happy to install materials provided by our customers if they meet the specific needs of the project.
Project Timeline
We understand that project timelines are crucial. Generally, our installers arrive at the job site between 8:30-9:30 AM. Although circumstances may arise that require adjustments to our schedule, we will do our best to communicate with you if any changes occur.
Warranty and Maintenance
We provide a 1-year labor installation warranty on all projects. Please note that materials have their own wear, use, and defect warranties, which are not covered by our labor warranty. To ensure the longevity of your new floor or surface, we recommend maintaining your installation properly. We provide guidelines on care and maintenance for specific products and would be happy to provide additional information upon request.
