Grove Manor Flooring was born from a deep passion for craftsmanship and a love for bringing beautiful, timeless floors to life. We're a family-owned and operated business rooted in the heart of Western North Carolina, proudly serving Hendersonville, Asheville, Brevard, and the surrounding communities. Our journey began with Steve and Sarah Cosgrove, whose combined experience and expertise in the flooring industry spanned nearly two decades. After successfully owning and growing a flooring franchise, they felt a pull to build something unique and special, a business that reflected their values of honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

Driven by their desire to share their knowledge and passion with a new community, Steve and Sarah transplanted their family to Hendersonville and established Grove Manor Flooring. The year they started - their fifth wedding anniversary - was a symbolic milestone, as the traditional gift for that year is wood. It seemed like the perfect time to celebrate their partnership and their shared love for the art of flooring.

Steve brings his years of experience in flooring sales and installation, coupled with his natural charm and ability to connect with people, to every project. Sarah, with her keen eye for design and her organizational prowess, ensures that every detail is carefully considered and flawlessly executed.
