Poor Quality and Unreliable Service

The flooring installed by the company has been reported to be of poor quality, with LVP coming up everywhere and needing to be fixed by another company. Some reviewers have also reported that the company uses cheap materials, such as vinyl overlay of particle board instead of solid vinyl, and that the installation is not done properly.
