Unprofessional Behavior and Poor Workmanship
Eddie, the contractor, was accused of breaking a section of a concrete driveway and refusing to replace it, instead offering to "patch" it. He also failed to complete the job with mulch and top soil, broke numerous landscape lights, and was missing six bushes from the landscaping. Furthermore, he caused damage to another section of the driveway with gauges due to incorrect power washing. The customer reported that Eddie was not on the work site most of the time to supervise and accused them of treating his workers rudely, which they denied.
Missed Estimates and Lack of Follow-up
