West Flooring and Design has received mixed reviews from customers. They were impressed with the company's ability to complete the job despite running out of specialty wood, and have used West Flooring and Design for multiple renovations, considering them the best flooring company they've worked with.

He claimed that the finished product was dramatically different from the color they had been promised, despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue.
