Installation Issues
Coin Laundry had a terrible experience with this company, giving them only 1 star. The install was delayed by a day, and when it finally happened, it was done incorrectly, resulting in large gaps between the planks. Despite repeated calls to resolve the issue, the company took months to acknowledge the mistake, and the manufacturer's inspector confirmed the improper installation.
Lack of Insurance and Unresponsive Company
Coin Laundry also discovered that the company does not have insurance, which added to their frustration. The company failed to respond to their concerns, and the flooring inspector took months to resolve the issue. At the time of their update, the floors were still separating, and the company was not taking responsibility.
Positive Experience
Paparon, on the other hand, had a positive experience with the company, giving them a 5-star rating. Although they did not need their assistance, the company took the time to explain to them what they could do, impressing Paparon.
