Elm Park Flooring was founded in 2007 by Julie Schuck and Mark Foglietta, both seasoned professionals with over twenty years of flooring experience. Located in Groveland, Massachusetts, and serving customers throughout northern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire, we offer a vast in-store selection of Orientals, carpets, hardwood, tile, and vinyl flooring options. Our philosophy is to educate customers so they can make confident decisions, and to provide them with accurate quotes, the best possible price, and services unmatched by competitors, large or small.

We offer expert installation, along with specialty services such as boat and RV installations, carpet and rug repairs and restretching, and assistance with stain removal. Julie Schuck, Owner and Customer Educator, is dedicated to helping customers, placing orders, and finding new and better products to offer each week. With more than twenty-four years of sales and customer service experience in the home fashion industry, Julie is right at home with the hustle and bustle of running the store, and always makes serving her customers her number one priority. Julie has vast product knowledge and courses in decorating and design under her belt, ensuring that she knows what style and type of flooring will work best in all areas of your home or business.

Mark Foglietta, Owner and Certified Installer, has a reputation as one of the area's most trained and experienced installers, with more than 25 years of experience and professional training with the Certified Flooring Institute, a Natural Fiber Installation Certification, Kool Glide, and Duraceramic. Mark is one of fewer than 50 installers in the United States with NFIC certification, and is one of nine installers in the country who has an inspector-level technical certification. Mark specializes in polyester, nylon, wool, and Axminster carpets as well as Wilton weave, sea grass, boat carpet installation, and pattern matching. He is responsible for all on-site installation work and is the friendly face that most of our customers know from his visits for measuring and Shop At Home services.
