When we were founded in 1987, Quality Floor Finishers was among the few companies in the Southern Maine Seacoast area to offer wood flooring sales and installation services. This means we have been around for a long time, serving the local community with their flooring needs. Over the years, we have built a reputation for excellence and are proud to have many long-term customers who return to us for all of their flooring needs.

Sanding and Refinishing

Finding a qualified company to sand and refinish both new and old floors is difficult. This is because so few companies do it themselves. Instead of subcontracting it, we use our in-house team to ensure it's done right. So, when you call us to finish your hardwood floors, you can rest assured that we are the ones doing the job, not a subcontractor. We are proud to have pioneered onsite UV-curing in Maine ten years ago in 2011. This technology allows us to provide more complex, durable, and beautiful floors without the smells and headaches that often come with traditional sanding and refinishing methods.
