Quality and Timeliness of Work
Rasa Floors' quality of work has been questioned by some customers. Ron Little gave the company a 1-star review, stating that the worker was always late or didn't show up at all, and the flooring workmanship was poor. He had to reglue most of the area himself. Cap Globehead also gave a 1-star review, citing poor quality products, particularly the padding, which is "extremely poor" and has "hard lumps of plastic" that can be felt when walking barefoot.
On the other hand, several customers have been highly satisfied with their experience. Melissa Oliva gave a 5-star review, praising the company's professionalism, quality products, and great prices. Annie Murrow also gave a 5-star review, although it was unrelated to Rasa Floors' flooring services. Property Rowlett, Rebecca Macon Menner, and Debbie Cloud all gave 5-star reviews, commending the company's sales rep, Carolyn Swift, for her exceptional service and the company's overall quality work.
Customer Service and Communication
Some customers have appreciated the company's customer service and communication. Annie Murrow mentioned that the company checked everything they did to make the Community Bus in Aransas Pass a reality, giving the community a "great gift". Debbie Cloud praised Carolyn Swift for making her life easier and providing excellent service. However, Ron Little and Cap Globehead felt that the company was inconsiderate of their time, with workers being late or not showing up at all.
