Our journey began with Ray Haysley, who started out in the carpenter union in the 1950s. Following in his footsteps, his two sons, Terry and Ronnie, joined him in the industry and eventually started their own businesses in the 1990s. It was then that R&R Hardwood Flooring was born, under the leadership of Ronnie Haysley.

Today, we are proud to be a family-run business, with Ronnie, his wife Paula, and their son Dale working together to provide exceptional flooring services. We have grown every year, staying up-to-date with the latest equipment and techniques that the wood flooring industry has to offer.

Our flooring installation services include installing floors from solid sand and finish floors that are finished on site, to installing prefinished solid and engineered hardwood floors, laminate floors, and click or glue down vinyl plank flooring.

For those looking to give their existing floors a new look, we offer affordable Hardwood floor refinishing services. We have over 20 colors to choose from and offer four different sheens in our polyurethane: matte, satin, semi-gloss, and gloss.
