Snook's Carpet & Furniture is a locally owned and operated company that has been serving Sioux Rapids and the surrounding areas for over 40 years. Our story began when Snookie, the founder, purchased some carpet remnants from her brother's business at Schult Manufacturing in Minnesota. She bought the Payless Cashway store in a bid and displayed her first carpet rack with 80 carpet rolls. Today, Snookie's daughter Laurie has taken over the business, and we continue to provide quality furniture, bedding, accessories, and all types of flooring to our customers.
